By accessing or using The Dabba mobile application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Summary: By using The Dabba, you agree to follow these rules. We provide meal delivery services, and you agree to pay for the meals you order.

Description of Service

The Dabba provides a meal subscription and delivery service offering authentic Gujarati home-style meals. Our services include:

Subscription and Payments

Subscription Plans

We offer weekly and monthly subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice to subscribers.

Meal Skipping

You may skip scheduled meals up to 6 hours before the delivery time. Skipped meals will be credited to your wallet at the rate specified in the app. Wallet credits can only be used for future meal purchases and are non-refundable.

We deliver meals between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM, Monday through Saturday, to addresses within our service area. You are responsible for:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dabba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
